Surf Atelier grows out of the passing of the torch from Waterlost, founded in 2008 by local surfer Nuno Nico. For years, Waterlost was part of Peniche's surf culture. Today, that history opens into a more refined chapter.

The project is led by Enrique “Kike” Lenzano, a surf coach since 2002 and author of From Ego to Soul, and Tiago Formosinho Sanchez, a technology entrepreneur and passionate surfer.

Together, they are building a modern boutique surf school: deeply human in the water, clean and efficient online, and focused on helping every student progress technically and personally.
